KATHERINE COWLEY’s debut novel, The Secret Life of Miss Mary Bennet, won the LDSPMA Praiseworthy Award for Best Suspense/Mystery novel, and was a finalist for the Mary Higgins Clark Award and the Whitney Awards. She has published two other novels and numerous short stories. Her blog, Jane Austen Writing Lessons, was selected by The Write Life as one of the 100 Best Websites for Writers in 2021, and she has taught writing classes at Brigham Young University, Mesa Community College, and Western Michigan University. She lives in Kalamazoo, Michigan with her husband and three daughters.
