The Whitney Awards program was founded in 2007 to promote and honor the best fiction written by members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Over the course of each year, over seventy-five volunteers put countless hours into a three-tiered program-with input from readers, judges, and a large academy of publishing professionals-to determine finalists and winners.

Even with much of the program being supported by volunteer labor, the Whitneys relies on sponsors and donations to make the program a reality. Please consider becoming a sponsor to help us continue this cherished tradition.

We offer sponsorship opportunities starting at just $10. For donations over $2,000, please email us for additional tailored sponsorship opportunities. Storymakers Author Guild is a nonprofit 501c6 under the IRS code. While donations are welcome, they are not tax-deductible.
