Being hard of hearing herself, KATRINA JACKSON has spent years learning about the Deaf community and how to teach hearing people how to interact with the Deaf and those who are hard of hearing. She serves in her church as a volunteer ASL interpreter every week and has tutored ASL online for over two years. She also works as a freelance editor and as a project manager for Eschler Editing and continually strives to bring two of her favorite loves together: editing and the Deaf community.
