However, when strange messages from a radically different past come through an old radio, they are sent back to 1917. Their mission? Stop an immortal determined to rewrite history in horrifying ways. Arriving in South Carolina, they prepare to train with the 30th Infantry Division—Old Hickory—while simultaneously trying to keep their timeline from unraveling.
But stopping this immortal won’t be as simple as protecting the soldiers of Old Hickory. Alex and Titus must unravel ancient secrets and navigate a dangerous web of mythology and betrayal. Time is finicky, however, and saving history might just destroy everything they know.
