JILL STUCK is a writer and improviser / educator based in Chicago, IL. Jill is a recent MFA graduate of Vermont College of Fine Arts’ Writing for Children and Young Adults Program. Prior to becoming a writer, she studied improvisation at The Second City and iO Theater where she founded and directed Storytown, a fully improvised, interactive adventure for kids for 13 years. Through Storytown, she worked to cultivate creativity and arts appreciation while introducing audiences to story structure and problem solving. She continues to teach improv to kids and kids-at-heart age pre-K through 86. Jill Stuck is a member of SCBWI and 12×12.
