Important Dates and Deadlines
November 29th through December 24th – Black Friday Sale
December 15th – Scholarship entries close
January 17th – Registration opens! (Virtual tickets are nonrefundable. Refunds for in-person tickets or conference add-ons available through April 16th and ONLY by emailing the registration team), First Chapter Contest opens for entries (all entries non-refundable)
March 1st – First Chapter Contest deadline (all entries non-refundable),
March 1st – Registration ends for Agents/Editors consults, Premise & Plot Chats, and the First Pages Thursday Workshops
March 7th – Pages due for Agents/Editor consults and Premise & Plot Chats
March 15th – Last day for cancellation or refund for Thursday Workshops and Manuscript pages/queries due for editor/agent consultations
March 28th – Group assignments/submission instructions sent out for Thursday Workshops
April 11th – First pages due for First Pages Thursday Workshop
April 18th – First pages given to instructors and members for First Pages Thursday Workshop
April 23rd – Registration ends for the full conference, Thursday Workshops (except First Pages), Intensives, and Whitneys. No refunds on Conference Registration or any other add-ons including intensives.
May 4th – Whitney Gala virtual ticket sales end
