RACHELLE FUNK is a freelance editor who has worked in the industry for almost 20 years. She graduated from college with a degree in English and American Literature and started her career as a proofreader and editor at a traditional publishing company. She now works with independent authors and occasionally corporations to refine their writing in the copyediting and proofreading phases of the composition process. Rachelle is a member of the San Diego Professional Editors Network, The American Copy Editors Society, and the Utah Freelance Editors chapter of the League of Utah Writers. She is also affiliated with Pique Publishing in San Diego, CA and WORD Author Services.
